WatchDog Node Purchase Guide

Step 1: Visit the Sales Website and Connect Your Wallet

• While purchasing WatchDog nodes does not require KYC, receiving the node license NFTs does. Complete KYC as soon as possible after making your payment.

• Rewards from running nodes will be airdropped to the wallet used for the purchase and cannot be changed.

• Only users who are at least 18 years old can claim WatchDog node rewards. Users from the US, China and OFAC/UN-sanctioned countries are not eligible to participate. This includes users from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic regions.

Step 2: Acquire Payment and Gas Tokens

WatchDog Nodes will be sold on both BSC and Linea networks. Accepted tokens are wETH or USDT.

Example for purchasing on Linea:

• You will need USDT or Wrapped ETH (wETH) to purchase WatchDog Node Licenses.

• ETH is required for gas fees.

Getting Ready:

1. Option 1 - Purchase wETH or USDT on Linea (MetaMask Swap):

   • Purchase wETH or USDT directly from any Linea DEX

2. Option 2 - Bridge ETH to Linea:

   • If you have ETH on other chains, use any Linea officially recommended bridge (https://bridge.linea.build/) to transfer ETH to Linea.

   • Ensure you have sufficient ETH in your wallet for gas fees.

   • Swap ETH to wETH or USDT on any Linea DEX.

Step 3: Select Tier and Purchase Nodes

Please note that images used are for illustrative purposes and the actual sale page may differ.

There are 10 tiers available for purchase in the limited sale.

Step 4: Enter Referral Code (If Applicable)

The referral code offers a FUTURE rebate, not an immediate discount. It is not automatically applied during the sale. You will pay the full node price in wETH or USDT at the time of sale. The rebate will be sent later.

If you have a referral code, enter it during the purchase.

Step 5: Purchase Your WatchDog Node License

• Click ‘Confirm’ on the sale page. Sign the wETH or USDT approval in your wallet when prompted.

• After approval, click ‘Confirm’ again to complete the payment.

• Congratulations! You have successfully purchased your WatchDog Node License.

Step 6: Complete KYC to Receive WatchDog License NFT

• Verify your email and register a Backpack account (our KYC service partner) to complete KYC.

• For buyers who pass KYC, the WatchDog License NFT on Linea will be airdropped to the purchase address within 7 days, accompanied by an email notification.

• If KYC fails, you will be notified and refunded.
